Over the past 30-plus years we have built industrial vessels, personal commuter boats, pleasure boats, commercial passenger vessels, crew boats as well as sailboats.

At Reyse Marine we insist on quality in both construction and finish to provide expertly built products.

Clayton Reyse

Clayton began his career in the marine industry at a very early age. He first began helping his Dad by sweeping the shop floor to eventually running his own jobs before even graduating high school.

Growing up and working in the industry has given Clayton a solid foundation of knowledge and skills for fabricating and boat-building, from start to finish. All of which has become instrumental in taking over the business and carrying forward into the future.

Wayne Reyse

Wayne worked at various marine related positions for 15 years prior to starting Reyse Marine in 1992. He applied the knowledge and expertise gained during that time to build the business.

In the time since, Wayne has continued to follow his love of boat-building and pursue many different projects in the marine industry, some of which cannot be replicated.

Owner, Gulf Islands Water Taxi

Reyse Marine recently delivered a 36’ custom passenger vessel, Great Waters for our business. Working with Reyse Marine was a terrific experience. Their depth of knowledge and experience, coupled with excellent craftsman ship ensures the vessels they build are top notch. The team is collaborative and easy to work with. They take pride in creating work with high quality and the customers needs in mind. Great Waters is a beautiful vessel, and the care Reyse Marine put into its fabrication is immediately noticeable. We would highly recommend Reyse Marine for a custom build, or any other custom refit or repair work.

Gerry Trueman

Reyse Marine has built and repaired several items on our Grand Banks, including rebuilding the mast and boom to accommodate a tender lift.  They have also custom designed and built the support base for the prawn puller for the tender.  The workmanship is excellent.  The owners are very knowledgeable in design and implementation of new construction and repairs.  Their manner is very approachable and thorough.  I would highly recommend Reyse Marine for any large or small welding jobs.

Mike Child, Sidney Spit Ferry

The Reyse Marine team was friendly and professional. Our project was finished on time and on budget and we were very pleased with the quality workmanship. We will definitely use them again.
